Here in this time and space, we focus on clearing harmful beliefs, fears, and energies that no longer serve you.

Step 1: Bring up into your thoughts, feelings, and body the issue or challenge you wish to heal, clear, and transform. Witness and observe without judgement. Just be and allow.
